Abstract

Abstract

Cost management is an important management work during the construction period of construction projects, and doing a good job in cost management is of great significance to both the project investors and the construction parties. In recent years, China began to attach great importance to the construction project cost management work. This paper uses the literature and the investigation method to focus on the impact of the site construction management of construction projects on the civil engineering cost. Abstract

The threaded rod without water stop plate is used to replace the original water stop bolt. The threaded rod is composed of a full-length threaded rod, a tapered screw sleeve and a nut. With the help of the threaded rod, the water seepage path of the wall is changed, the water seepage line is extended, and the water pressure is reduced, so as to achieve the water stop effect. Abstract

The anti-seepage wall has been widely used in many fields, and the construction technology is also various, such as high-pressure jet impervious wall, continuous grooving technology of hydraulic slotting machine, mechanical grab and hydraulic grab construction technology of impervious wall. Different technologies are applicable to different geological conditions, and it is often necessary to combine or even innovate different technologies in order to continuously improve the technical level and complete the construction tasks quickly, well and economically. Based on practical experience, the paper studies the construction of impervious wall by adding impact drill on the basis of traditional grab construction under the complex geological conditions of pebble gravel layer, pebble mixed soil, sandstone strongly weathered layer and weakly weathered layer, and expounds the “drilling and grasping method” adopted in the implementation process in detail, aiming to provide reference for future designers and constructors.

Abstract

Comparative analysis is made on the cost indexes, subdivisions and quantities of the external curtain wall works of seven small and medium-sized station buildings in a high-speed railway project, and the influence of the price of main materials, the form of external curtain wall and the keel of external curtain wall on the cost of the external curtain wall works of small and medium-sized station buildings is discussed to find out the key factors for the cost control of the external curtain wall works, provide the basis for the design, and improve the coordination of the designers and the budget estimate preparers, it provides a reference for reasonably controlling and determining the cost of the outer curtain wall project of small and medium-sized station buildings.

Abstract

As a basic content of urban construction, underground pipeline surveying and mapping has made great progress in the development of urban information construction. The surveying and mapping technology integrating internal and external industries can promote the construction of underground pipeline system, which is an effective measure to coordinate the healthy development of the city. Because the underground pipeline construction is closely related to the quality of people’s quality of life, but also inseparable from the urban construction and development, therefore, it is necessary to improve the attention to the underground pipeline mapping. At present, although China has made great achievements in the research and application of underground pipeline survey and integrated surveying and mapping technology, there are still many deficiencies in the actual underground pipeline management, lagging behind the western developed countries. Based on this, this paper combines the relevant practical experience, summarizes the problems existing in the integration technology of underground pipeline surveying and mapping, undertakes the above theories, puts forward the corresponding thinking and suggestions, and makes a comprehensive discussion, in order to improve the integration level of underground pipeline surveying and mapping in China.
