Abstract

The construction difficulty of the ultra-high fireproof sealing wall in the interior decoration project of Bengbu Sports Center is mainly that the height of the constructed fireproof sealing wall is 8.8 meters, with a local height of 14.3 meters. Its installation and overall adjustment are difficult. Fixed and load-bearing structures are also extremely important. In addition, the fire sealing wall not only needs to meet the requirements of fire sealing, but also needs to consider the sound absorption requirements of the competition venue outside the wall, and achieving its effect is also a challenge. This article introduces relevant construction control methods and the requirements and precautions for construction operations, ensuring the quality of construction of ultra-high fireproof sealing and soundproof walls.

Abstract

The superhard coating technology for cutting tools has important applications in the field of mechanical processing. This article introduces the development of superhard coating materials for cutting tools, including low-pressure gas-phase synthesis of diamond, cubic boron nitride, and physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating technology. The superhard coating of cutting tools is widely used in turning, milling, tapping, key component machining, high-speed steel drill bits and taps. Research has shown that coatings can reduce cutting forces and improve tool life, but attention should be paid to residual compressive stress. The future development direction includes researching new superhard material cutting tools and developing coating methods that are more wear-resistant and have high temperature hardness.

Abstract

With the continuous development of the social economy, China is gradually accelerating and playing a very important role in construction projects. However, the construction industry is also developing rapidly. Although China has become the world's largest construction market, it also faces many problems in the process of development, such as excessive energy consumption, serious resource waste, and serious environmental pollution. These problems seriously affect the sustainable development of China's construction industry. Green building is a construction model that conforms to the concept of sustainable development. Green buildings can not only save resources and energy, but also reduce the impact on the environment, thereby promoting sustainable development of China's socio-economic and ecological environment. Therefore, this article will analyze and study the application of new green building technologies in construction, aiming to promote the further development of green buildings in China.

Abstract

Prefabricated building is a type of construction where components are produced in a factory, transported to the construction site, and directly assembled into a building through certain connection methods. Its advantages include: shortening construction period, improving construction efficiency, saving energy, and reducing pollution. Prefabricated prefabricated buildings mainly adopt industrial production technology, achieving high quality and efficiency of building products through standardized design, factory production, and prefabricated construction. Prefabricated prefabricated buildings have many advantages over traditional cast-in-place concrete construction methods. Mainly including: high production efficiency, reduced energy consumption, shortened construction period, green environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction, etc. Therefore, prefabricated prefabricated buildings are a trend in the development of the construction industry today and an inevitable choice for achieving sustainable development in the construction industry.  At present, prefabricated prefabricated buildings have been widely used in residential engineering.

Abstract

Ultra thin stone curtain wall technology is a resource-saving innovation. This article explores the application of ultra-thin stone in building exterior wall decoration, including pasted curtain walls, self insulated walls, AAC walls, and decorative insulation composite board exterior wall insulation systems. This technology has advantages such as thin thickness, light weight, low cost, convenient construction, and excellent self insulation performance. The key construction points include waterproofing, rust prevention treatment, use of high standard adhesives, embedding of steel wire mesh in the plaster layer, and small mortar joint technology. The future development direction should focus on innovation in the production technology of ultra-thin stone panels and new directions for stone products.
