Xuan Liu, Linlin Xu, Xiaofei Wang DOI:10.26789/ijest.v3i8.1984 AbstractKindergarten Education Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education clearly puts forward: "use painting and other forms to arouse children's interest in reading picture books, and cultivate pre-reading and pre-painting skills".This shows that picture books are of great significance for children to cultivate their interest and develop the ability of art education activities. Picture books are timely and appropriately introduced into children's art teaching, by guiding children to observe, think and discuss the pictures and plots in picture books, to stimulate children's art creation inspiration and imagination, and make up for the lack of children's art teaching, but also to enrich its content and form, promote children's all-round development.

Le An DOI:10.26789/ijest.v3i8.1985 AbstractWith the continuous development of art education, the innovation and practice of piano music teachingreceive more and more attention. This study aims to explore how to improve the quality of piano teaching through theinnovation of teaching methods, contents and materials under the guidance of modern educational concepts. Usingliterature data method and case study method, a series of innovative teaching strategies are put forward, aiming at theproblems existing in traditional teaching, such as introducing multimedia teaching resources, organizing interactiveteaching activities, and promoting skills such as impromptu accompaniment. The results show that innovative teachingmode can enhance students' interest in learning, enhance musical expression and creativity, and also help to cultivatestudents' comprehensive musical literacy. These research results have a positive guiding significance for promoting themodernization of piano teaching and realizing the comprehensive development of education.

The article first elaborates on thetypes and characteristics of emergencies, and then formulates targeted preventive measures, and constructs an early warning system and emergency response mechanism. Through data analysis to support decision-making, continuous improvement and evaluation of security management were ultimately achieved. This study provides a new perspective and practical path for counselors in the management of student apartment safety in the new era.

Xiaolu Zhang DOI:10.26789/ijest.v3i8.1988 AbstractWith the rapid development of the times and the continuous progress of the society, the young workers, as the new blood of the public institutions, the cultivation of their ideological and political quality is particularly important. Based on the actual situation of public institutions, this paper systematically analyzes the challenges faced by the ideological and political education of young workers in public institutions, and discusses their coping strategies one by one. This paper systematically sorts out the current situation of ideological and political education for young workers, and analyzes their importance in improving the level of political identity, professional ethics and promoting their overall personal development. At the same time, this paper points out many problems and challenges in the implementation process, including the simplification of educational content and form, the lack of participation of young workers, the uneven distribution of educational resources and the influence of external environment. Based on these findings, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, optimize the content and methods of ideological and political education, improve the effectiveness of education, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy development of public institutions.

This study focuses on constructing the implementation strategy of ideological and political education in preschool education curriculum, especially by analyzing the examples of "children's stick figure drawing" curriculum, demonstrating the urgent need of integrating ideological and political education into preschool education majors, and exposing the main challenges encountered in the current practice of this field. According to the characteristics of the "children's stick figure painting" course content, the ideological and political education content is organically combined with the course content, in order to cultivate preschool educators with socialist core values.

Through the case analysis of Boya Experimental School in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the study found that differentiated teaching can effectively address individual differences among students, enhance their interest in physical education learning and sports skills. Specific implementation strategies include designing personalized teaching plans, innovating teaching content and methods, and diversifying evaluation systems. Case studies have shown that differentiated teaching significantly improves students' physical fitness, participation, and satisfaction. Teachers face issues of increased workload and uneven resource allocation during the implementation process. Future research should expand the sample size and explore how to use technological means to further improve the efficiency and quality of differentiated teaching.
