The Influence of the Organizational Innovation Atmosphere in Private Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Digitalization and Intelligence on Teachers' Innovative Behaviors
Abstract
Innovation is a crucial strategic choice for organizations to form core competitiveness in response to challenges and an important guarantee for achieving sustainable development and long-term prosperity . However, organizational innovation always stems from individual innovative behaviors, whether it's technological innovation, management innovation, institutional innovation, or model innovation. Simultaneously, an innovative atmosphere promotes individual innovative behaviors . Scholars have conducted extensive research on the relationship between organizational innovation atmosphere and individual innovative behaviors. Nevertheless, most researchers primarily focus on corporate personnel, with limited studies targeting teachers in private universities. The specific impact mechanism of organizational innovation atmosphere on individual innovative behaviors remains incomplete. Therefore, against the backdrop of digitalization and intelligence, this study takes the innovative behaviors of teachers in private universities as the research object, introduces self-efficacy as a mediating variable, constructs a conceptual model of "organizational innovation atmosphere - self-efficacy - teacher innovative behavior," and conducts statistical analysis using questionnaire surveys. The results indicate that organizational innovation atmosphere significantly positively impacts teacher innovative behavior, and self-efficacy mediates between organizational innovation atmosphere and teacher innovative behavior. This enriches the research theories related to teacher innovative behavior and provides references for the management of teacher innovative behavior in private universities.
