Research on Satisfaction of Leisure Sports Practice Course : A Case of Zhaoqing University
Abstract
To analyze the teaching effectiveness of leisure sports practice courses and the differences in student satisfaction at Zhaoqing University, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting the practical teaching courses of this major at the university. Data was processed using statistical software SPSS 19.0 for Windows, employing various statistical methods including descriptive statistics. Conclusions: 1. Among the factors influencing student satisfaction with the courses, the aspect of teacher attitude received the highest score, reflecting students' recognition of the professional attitude of the faculty at our university, which is a characteristic of the courses. 2. There are significant differences in satisfaction with teacher attitude across different grade levels, with students from the 2017 cohort showing particularly high satisfaction, possibly due to the novelty of their initial course experience. 3. Students without prior course experience exhibited higher satisfaction with teacher attitude, highlighting the course's value. Recommendations: 1. Teacher attitude plays a crucial role in this course. 2. Given the small sample size of this study, extrapolating the findings to other research may introduce errors. The factor of teacher attitude warrants further exploration to determine if similar patterns exist in other courses.
