Establishment of Diversified Teaching Assessment and Evaluation for Online Store Operation

Abstract


Online store operation is a core course in e-commerce, which is crucial for cultivating students' practical skills in online store operation. The traditional assessment and evaluation model is difficult to comprehensively evaluate the practical ability and professional ethics of students in online store operation. Based on the talent demand of the e-commerce industry, this article analyzes the necessity of constructing a diversified teaching assessment and evaluation system for the course of "Online Store Operation". On the basis of sorting out the operation process of online stores, a three-dimensional assessment and evaluation system was constructed from three dimensions: assessment content, assessment nodes, and assessment subjects, based on the entire operation process, combined with key operational links, and integrated with multi-party evaluations. And from the aspects of data-driven practical ability evaluation, project-based team collaboration evaluation, and platform based instant feedback evaluation, a diversified teaching assessment and evaluation implementation strategy was proposed to provide reference for the teaching reform of online store operation courses.
