Abstract

Kindergarten teachers play a key role in promoting home education, however, many kindergarten teachers lack effective home education guidance ability, which affects the quality of home-school co-operation, this study aims to explore the mode of training and development of kindergarten teachers' home education guidance ability, which provides a reference to improve the professionalism of kindergarten teachers, and finds that comprehensively adopting a variety of forms of training and combining the theory and practice can The study found that a combination of various forms of training and theory and practice can effectively improve kindergarten teachers' ability to provide guidance on family education and promote the positive development of home-school co-operation.

Abstract

Sports, as a key lever for technical colleges to implement the fundamental task of "cultivating virtue and nurturing talents", plays an important role in promoting the healthy growth of students both physically and mentally, and improving the quality of talent cultivation in technical colleges. The traditional physical education teaching mode and strategy in vocational colleges are relatively single, making it difficult for students to have a good experience, which also affects the value of sports education. Immersive physical education teaching focuses on creating an "immersive" sports atmosphere, which can fully stimulate students' interest in sports, promote the improvement of physical education teaching effectiveness, and help students grow and develop better. Abstract

The culture of Chinese medicine is profound and has a long history, and is an important part of Chinese civilization. Its core values of “benevolence, harmony, refinement and integrity” are of great significance to the ideological and political education and cultivation of humanistic qualities of contemporary medical students. However, the current education and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine culture in medical colleges and universities can hardly meet the needs of today's medical students, and the deepening and upgrading of traditional Chinese medicine culture education is particularly urgent. Abstract

In Chinese-style early childhood education, the father’s role in early childhood education is crucial. However, fatherless family education has become the norm and has attracted widespread attention from academic circles. Studies have shown that father involvement in children’s early growth stages plays a key role in their overall development. Parents’ differences in communication and interaction and their unique experiences are of great significance to children’s early social development and emotional well-being. They also have a profound impact on the growth of boys in shaping children’s gender cognition and identity. In modern Chinese society, the combination of traditional concepts and life pressure has caused many fathers to fail to fully participate in children’s education. This study aims to explore the importance of father involvement in early childhood, analyze the existing problems of father involvement in early childhood family education under the current domestic situation, and propose effective strategies to promote father involvement in early childhood family education.

Abstract

Hakka image is composed of pictures and words that are related to Hakka culture, which communicates with people via the Internet 24/7. The interconnection between Hakka culture and industry has developed products that represent Hakka culture employing Hakka image; hence, Hakka products continue to show the symbolic characteristics of Hakka culture. According to the Theory of Reasoned Action and Hakka imagery emotions, this study explores Internet young users’ Hakka product attitude and online purchase intention. The research object is a representative Hakka cultural and creative product in Taiwan. Data were collected from 176 respondents from social networking sites.  A Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis shows that the second-order model is better than the first-order model. The dimension of “Hakka retro” of Hakka image emotion significantly affected the Hakka product attitude; meanwhile, “Hakka retro” significantly affected the online purchase intention. The SEM model explains the variance in Hakka product attitude (62.9%), and online purchase intention (62.5%). Overall, the Hakka industry should keep optimizing the Hakka image of the website, move consumers' emotions through the Hakka images, and enhance the positive attitude toward Hakka products and online purchase intention. The conclusion of this research can be used as a reference for managers and theoretical researchers.

Abstract

In enterprises, there is a close relationship between financial management and financial forecasting. Financial forecasting can bring deeper and more comprehensive information for financial management study, and the development of financial management also promotes the progress of statistical analysis theory. The information controlled by the financial department is the record and presentation of the operation process of the enterprise, and through the study of this information, the problems in the operation of the enterprise can be understood and the direction of improvement can be found from it.
