Research on the Potential Effect of University Managers under the Goal of Organizational Growth

Abstract

By summarizing the definition and classification of potential and combining the background of Chinese culture, this paper analyzes the potential effect. Focusing on the macro, strategic and individual perspectives, this paper explores the relationship among layout potential, potential and psychological potential. Moreover, it is proposed that universities can use different potential effect means to seize the opportunity of growth and development in different growth stages. It provides theoretical reference practical path for universities to integrate educational resources, optimize the academic ecology and achieve sustainable development.
